My history began in 2001 when my mom began showing signs of Alzheimer’s. We were blessed to have dad and family to help with the many tasks needed that grew over the years, including the years until she succumbed to the disease in 2013 when she was in a nursing home. My husband and I worked together in our business until his cancer took a turn for the worse in 2012, when he was diagnosed with a secondary lymphoma. and Then, in 2014, he became unable to care for himself due to nerve damage from the disease. For the next two years, I became a full-time caregiver for the next two years with assistance from many angels and came to realize the value of help in some of the most simple simplest tasks.
